Section 10.02
Disposition versions
10.02. The provisions of this Chapter apply to all construction work on a swimming pool or wading pool constructed in a building to which Chapter I of the Construction Code (chapter B-1.1, r. 2) applies, or constituting a facility intended for use by the public designated by section 10.03.
